Power: A ‘make me a completely powerless human’ song, whilst
theoretically useful in certain circumstances, has two downsides. 1) It’s very
short length makes it relatively useless, and 2) I see this working on any/all
Superheroes surrounding Doug at the time as well, making it a very bad one to
try out in the middle of a firefight. Plus there’s the looming apocalypse and
giving up theme throughout, and the possibility that the power-drain could have
potentially have no time-limit.

There are benefits to a short song that kills everyone's powers in the AOE... someone who you want to stop the mental/forcefield stuff they're doing just long enough to plant a fist or two in their face.
