This is very certainly from Valdemar's world: Kerowyn later became a Herald, and Talia has mentioned having sung this song. I'm not going to try to judge whether this'd give Doug a power or not, but there's a least a good chance that he heard this while he was there, although Bob once specified that Doug left that world before Kero came to Valdemar. He said, if I remember right, that it was a pity since he thought their attitudes would've played off each other nicely.
