I finally worked my way through Strained Harmony. I have to agree that the mall meeting dragged on a bit. I'm O.K. with Nabiki grasping the idiot ball at the end of the new chapter, as she is a Ranma character still in her habitat of Nerima. However, I found Ami taking a turn with the ball to be jaring.

Over the last week I've put up two different continuations of a Rorshach's Blot plot bunny over on the New Fic thread. The more crack-based of the two, Squad Seven and Their Accidental Instructor, has updated. The author of this one has decided to keep the crack self-consistent with the idea that everyone in that universe is equally crazy and clueless. Therefore, the snowball of misscomunication and missunderstandings has grown to the point that it is starting to generate a noticable gravitational field.
