(oo) Baby, I got
(oo) What you need
(oo) Do you know I got it?
(oo) All I'm askin'
(oo) Is for a little respect when you come home (just a little bit)
Hey baby (just a little bit) when you get home
(just a little bit) mister (just a little bit)
I ain't gonna do you wrong while you're gone
Ain't gonna do you wrong (oo) 'cause I don't wanna (oo)
All I'm askin' (oo)
Is for a little respect when you come home (just a little bit)
Baby (just a little bit) when you get home (just a little bit)
Yeah (just a little bit)
I'm about to give you all of my money
And all I'm askin' in return, honey
Is to give me my profits
When you get home (just a, just a, just a, just a)
Yeah baby (just a, just a, just a, just a)
When you get home (just a little bit)
Yeah (just a little bit)
------ instrumental break ------
Ooo, your kisses (oo)
Sweeter than honey (oo)
And guess what? (oo)
So is my money (oo)
All I want you to do (oo) for me
Is give it to me when you get home (re, re, re ,re)
Yeah baby (re, re, re ,re)
Whip it to me (respect, just a little bit)
When you get home, now (just a little bit)

A little respect (sock it to me, sock it to me,

Whoa, babe (just a little bit)
A little respect (just a little bit)
I get tired (just a little bit)
Keep on tryin' (just a little bit)
You're runnin' out of foolin' (just a little bit)
And I ain't lyin' (just a little bit)

When you come home (re, re, re ,re)
Or you might walk in (respect, just a little bit)
And find out I'm gone (just a little bit)
I got to have (just a little bit)
A little respect (just a little bit)
Kind of ovbious, really. Anybody (maybe just any male) in AOE, upon looking at Doug, will know the caliber of deed that he's been responsible for (moral alignment, difficulty, and scope- no specifics), and will treat him accordingly for the duration. In other words, they'll give him the respect he deserves.
Might be fun to use "I'll Play For You" with this, and target it on a villain, so that everybody in a certain distance would know just how little to respect (and, therefore, how much to fold, spindle, and/or mutilate) him...Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines...

From the UK Daily Mail
Quote: After months of being taunted by a gang of yobs, grandmother Diane Bond finally stood up to them when she was abused while walking her pet dog. During a torrent of foul-mouthed abuse, the frail 64-year-old prodded the teenager ringleader gently in the stomach when he urged her to Hit me, if you dare.
Moments later, the 5ft 1ins pensioner found herself flat on her back and nursing a broken arm after the 15-year-old boy, who was 7 inches taller, pushed her to the ground. But to add insult to injury, police officers arrested her for assaulting a child after his mother moaned he had been attacked.

What do you think of manipulating news photos?
I can see digital enhancements such as noise filters, edge detection or enlargeing the area of importance, but increasing the amount of smoke and damage by adding cloned elements back into the picture?

Reuters withdraws photograph of Beirut after Air Force attack after US blogs, photographers point out blatant evidence of manipulation

here is the website where the above quote came from it also has the picture that was being sent world wide by Reuters.

In my dream, the world was ash, and the air thick with the copper tang of blood. I tuyrned, and a skeleton with eyes of blue fire was before me. It spoke, and the world shook, and the words wee therse:
The spoon of destruction
Reversible frog marks your steps
ATTEND!
A candle flickers in snow
The stone within stone will crack
Volatile mushroom--
Then I racked it with a piece of rebar, and it collapsed to its bony knees squealing as if there'd been something there to hit besides bone, and fell apart into a pile of bones. A bird flew into the pile backwards, like running film the wrong way through a projector, and it eyefires cought the whole thing alight leaving a set of keys when it burned to ashes.I took them and openened a lock in mid air, and the dream blinked out like the image on an old TV tube, flattening out to a line that was my opening eyelids.
I figured it was freaky enough to be amusing, hence the post.

I was listening to this the other day and wondered what Doug would make of it - I imagine that everything in the area of effect turns to stone (immobile but pretty much invulnerable) for the duration. Doug alone remains unchanged, but there could be all kinds of side-effects, from feelings of cold/pain every time he touches something petrified, to becoming completely lost and unable to leave the area of effect ("Can't find my way home") to make things ... interesting.
Quote: Stone, the world is stone
It's no trick of the light
It's hard on the soul
Stone, the world is stone
Cold to the touch
And hard on the soul
In the grey of the streets
In the neon unknown
I look for a sign
That I'm not on my own
That I'm not here alone
As the still of the night
And the choke of the air
And the winners' delight
And the losers' despair
Closes in left and right
I would love not to care
Stone, the world is stone
From a faraway look
Without stars in my eyes
Through the halls of the rich
And the flats of the poor
Wherever I go
There's no warmth anymore
There's no love anymore
So I turn on my heels
I'm declining the fall
I've had all I can take
With my back to the wall
Tell the world I'm not in
I'm not taking the call
Stone, the world is stone
But I saw it once
With the stars in my eyes
When each colour rang out
In a thunderous chrome
It's no trick of the light
I can't find my way home
In a world of stone

I came across this looking up Israel's weapon systems.
it's the Nuclear Fuel cycle.
www.fas.org/ssp/fc/
I like the idea of reprocessing the spent fuel rods with breeder reactor's and using it as a fuel again.
I think they place to much emphasis on the security risk form plutoniam after all the terrorist have most of the former soviet union and soon Iran to buy weapons grade material from.
At the very least the amount of radioactive waste we would have to deal with would drop by a large amount.
What's your view?
howard melton
God bless
